Program name and provider. Vibrent Health Account Verification is a text message program provided by Vignet, Inc. d/b/a Vibrent Health ("Vibrent Health").
Program description. When you create an account or reset your password on a Vibrent Health platform, including research study websites and apps powered by Vibrent Health, we send a one-time verification code by SMS text message to the mobile phone number you provide. This program sends only these messages:
This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You will receive one message each time you request a verification code.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from this program. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After you opt out, you will not be able to receive verification codes by text message. To opt back in, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
